The German based automaker Audi is planning to introduce the brand new A3 Cabrio in September, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in a world premiere.
The brand new Audi A3 will be sharper and more attractive than the outgoing version and the model is getting closer and closer to its future customers with each day. After its solid roof brother has been officially introduced just a few weeks ago, in its two versions, the A3 Sedan and the S3 Sedan, time has come for the drop-top A3 Cabrio to enter our news, with a rumor, which is saying that the model will be officially introduced at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September.
The new Audi A3 Cabrio will be a look-alike of the new A3 Sedan and it will receive the company’s hexagonal grille, LED headlights, a dual exhaust setup and a fabric rooftop. As for the engine lineup, these are expected to include the 1.8 liter TFSI, the 2.9 liter TFSI and some other units. A powerful RS3 Cabrio is also expected to make its way onto the market, as a rival for the M and the AMG models from BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment.
