Audi has recently announced the official starting price of the new A3 e-tron in the United Kingdom, where the plug-in hybrid hatchback is now available from 34,950 GBP on the road.
After being officially unveiled just a few months ago, the new Audi A3 e-tron is now getting ready to conquer the United Kingdom, where the model in question is now available for order According to the car manufacturer, the cheapest version of the Audi A3 e-tron in the United Kingdom will be setting you back for 34,950 GBP, with no government incentives, and it’s promising some impressive figures.
The new Audi A3 e-tron is taking its power from a 1.4 liter TFSI petrol engine, rated at 147 HP, which is backed up by a 100 HP electric motor. When working in tandem, the two of them are developing a total of 350 Nm (258 lb-ft) of torque. The model can reach 100 km/h (62 mph) from a standstill in 7.6 seconds and it has a top speed of 220 km/h (137 mph). The CO2 emissions stand at just 37 g/km. The order books for the Audi A3 e-tron will begin in August and first deliveries will be made in January, 2015.
