Audi has recently announced the introduction of the new A3 Sedan this weekend, during the 2013 Goodwood Festival of Speed, in a local premiere.
The brand new Audi A3 Sedan is said to go on sale in the United Kingdom this year for a starting price of 24,305 GBP. The model will become available in two trim levels, the Sport and the S line, and both versions will get standard features like the MMI infotainment system, the DAB radio, the dual-zone climate control and the 17-inch alloy wheels, amongst others. Ordering the S line will set you back for an extra 2,150 GBP compared to the Sport and it will add the aggressive body kit, the bigger alloy wheels, part leather upholstery and three-spoke leather wrapped steering wheel.
The engine lineup in the new Audi A3 Sedan, aimed towards the UK auto market, will be made from a 1.4 liter TSI for the entry-level, with 138 HP, a 1.8 liter TSI with 177 HP, being priced at 28,105 GBP in the S line trim, and a 148 HP and 320 Nm of torque 2.0 liter TDI unit. Audi says that by the end of the year, another 2.0 liter TDI with 181 HP will be added to the range, the same one from the new Golf GTD, along with a new 1.6 TDI diesel which will emit less than 100 g/km of CO2.
