The Audi A3 sedan has been recently spied while being tested in cold weather and even if the model pictured below is camouflaged, we can still see its body shape.
The German based automaker Audi has been planning the Audi A3 sedan for quite some time now and it seems that the model is now closer to its future customers than ever, because the company is taking it out on public roads for testing very often. The Audi A3 sedan is riding on the same MQB platform as its three- and five-door brother, as well as the new generation of the VW Golf 7, the new Seat Leon and other models made by VW or its brands.
The Audi A3 sedan is expected to make its way onto the market sometimes this year but until that will happen, rumors are saying that the model will make its public debut during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The Audi A3 sedan is expected to share the same engine lineup as the A3 hatchback and Sportback and the model will also make its way into the United States. Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the Audi A3 sedan for now.
