The German based automaker Audi has officially pulled the wraps off the new A4, A5 and A6 ultras, expanding its eco-friendly ultra lineup.
According to the car manufacturer, the new Audi A4, A5 and A6 ultra will go on sale later on this year and they will be receiving features like the driver information system with the efficiency program or the start stop engine, amongst others. The Audi A4 and A4 Avant will also be getting the reduced ride height and some aerodynamic styling tweaks, for improved fuel efficiency.
Audi says that the A4 and A4 Avant are being offered with a 2.0 liter TDI engine, which is producing a total output of 136 HP (100 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft) of torque. The same unit is also available in a different output, 163 HP (120 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. The Audi A5 Coupe and A5 Sportback are only available with the 2.0 liter TDI in the 163 HP (120 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque output.
The Audi A6 and the A6 Avant are also the most powerful ones, in this case, getting a 2.0 liter TDI engine under their hoods which is rated at 190 HP (140 kW) and 400 Nm (295 lb-ft) of torque. Prices for the new Audi A4, A5 and A6 ultra have been set at 32,600 euros, 37,350 euros and 39,900 euros, respectively, in Germany.
