The Audi Prologue Avant is expected to be introduced next month, during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, in a premiere.
The German based automaker Audi will be introducing the Prologue Avant Concept next month, at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. The model in question is expected to offer us a production ready vehicle in the future and rumor has it that this will form the basis for the new A6, A7 and A8 generations. The Audi Prologue Avant will be looking very much similar to the Mercedes-Benz CLS Shooting Brake but there is a chance that this might lose the two rear doors which will make it look similar to the Ferrari FF.
The Audi Prologue Avant Concept is expected to be pretty much the same as the concept car shown in Los Angeles, last year, except for the rear end, which will now become more practical. The one-off vehicle, in its new design, might give birth to a production model, the so-called A9, which is expected to become a rival for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe, despite the carmaker denying this rumor. The new Audi Prologue Avant will most likely get the same familiar design, along with the Matrix headlights, the digital instrument cluster, several touch screens and the 4.0 liter TFSI V8 engine under its hood, producing 605 HP (445 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque, mated to an 8-speed tiptronic transmission. More details on it are limited at this time.
