Audi Prologue Concept rendered as Convertible image

The first rendering with the Audi Prologue Concept is showing us how the model may look like in a drop-top body style.

The production of the Audi Prologue is no longer a surprise as this has been confirmed already, but until it will be arriving, in a couple of years, the model’s fans only have the concept to look at. Now, thanks to X-Tomi Design, we can see how this may look like if the carmaker decides to produce it in a new body style and a convertible version of the upcoming A9 may become a reality, considering the fact that Mercedes-Benz has the S-Class Cabrio.

The Audi Prologue Concept has been officially presented to the public a few weeks back, during the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show. The model is previewing the future styling language of the company and it will give birth to a production car, which will be known as the A9. This will become a rival for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe. The one-off vehicle had a familiar design and the Matrix headlights, along with the digital instrument cluster, climate control and several touch screens. Power came from a 605 HP (445 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque 4.0L TFSI V8, connected to an 8-speed gearbox.
