Audi has brought the impressive Prologue Concept at Design Miami, as part of its U.S. tour.
After being officially presented to the public a few weeks back, during the 2014 Los Angeles Auto Show, in a world premiere, the brand new Audi Prologue Concept is being placed into the spotlights once more, as the car company is continuing its U.S. tour by bringing it to Design Miami.
“To mark the tenth anniversary of Design Miami, we are providing an insight into Audi’s new design language. In a change from recent years, our presence under the title of ‘The force within’ is this time illustrated with a design exhibit of our own”, said the Audi AG head of exterior design, Andreas Mindt.
The Audi Prologue Concept is previewing the company’s future styling language and it will be giving birth to a new model, in the near future, which will be called the A9. This will be rivaling with the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe. The one-off vehicle has a familiar design, Matrix headlights, climate control, digital instrument cluster, several touch screens and a 4.0 liter TFSI V8 engine under its hood, producing 605 HP (445 kW) and 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) of torque, connected to an 8-speed tiptronic transmission.
