Audi has recently introduced the petrol powered Q3, in the 2.0 TFSI version, to India, where the small crossover can be bought from 27.37 lakhs.
According to the German based automaker, the Audi Q3 isn’t expected to sell in a large volume but this might lower the cost of owning a model made by the company if you don’t plan on driving it every day. If what you’re looking for is a vehicle for everyday use in India, you should probably check out the TDI version of this model which is already available on the market ever since mid-2012.
The Audi Q3 equipped with a petrol engine is getting the 2.0 liter TFSI unit under its hood, which is producing a total output of 211 HP and it has a peak torque of 300 Nm, available between 1,800 rpm and 4,900 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed S Tronic transmission, which is allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 230 km/h. Fuel consumption in the Audi Q3 2.0 TFSI stands at 11.72 kpl. Prices for the model have been set at 27,37 lakhs.
