A new rendering image with the upcoming Audi Q6 has made its way onto the web and this might offer us a first look into what the model might look like, once it will hit the market.
The German based automaker Audi is planning to develop a direct rival for the BMW X6, which is expected to be known as the Audi Q6. The model in question is expected to make its way onto the market over the following years but until we will get the chance to see it live, at an automotive event, renderings are the best way of imagining it, just like the one pictured above.
The upcoming Audi Q6 is expected to make its way onto the market sooner than the next generation of the Audi Q5, which is scheduled for 2017. The model in question will be based on the new Q7 generation and it will inspire its smaller brother, in terms of design. The Audi Q6 will get a sloping roofline and a range of TFSI petrol engines under its hood, with outputs between 117 HP and 225 HP, along with a 190 HP 2.0L TDI diesel, a 272 HP 3.0 TDI V6 diesel and more. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment.
