An Audi R8 supercar has been recently crashed in the United Kingdom after another vehicle slammed it from behind.
Where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes, this is what we have always said here on inautonews.com and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from the United Kingdom, where an Audi R8 has definitely seen better days. We are usually used to writing about supercar crashes which were caused by the supercar drivers but this isn’t the case here, where wreckedexotics.com are saying that the German vehicle has been rear ended pretty hard, but that’s about all the info we have on it.
As a quick reminder, the Audi R8 has been in production ever since 2006 and the supercar is being assembled in Neckarsulm, Germany. The Audi R8 is coming in two body styles, two-door coupe and two-door spyder, with the company’s Quattro all-wheel drive and a choice of two engines, the 4.2 liter V8 FSI and the 5.2 liter V10 FSI, mated to a six-speed manual or a six-speed R tronic transmission. The new generation of the Audi R8 is expected to make its way onto the market pretty soon.
