An Audi R8 driver has lost control of the wheel in Switzerland after he was hit in the head by a piece of metal which crashed through the windshield.
Mostly when writing about expensive and powerful vehicles getting crashed we’re used to saying that it was the driver’s lack of experience which lead to the incident, but sometimes luck just leaves the cabin. This is exactly the case of this Italian man, who was involved in a serious traffic accident, near Mesocco, Switzerland, after he was hit in the head by a large piece of metal, which crashed through the windshield.
According to the guys from Wrecked Exotics, the piece of metal in question was belonging o the braking system of a truck and somehow got separated. Our source isn’t saying anything more on this unfortunate incident and we’re not sure what happed to the driver. If you have more details on the subject, please feel free to share.
