An Audi R8 has probably met its end when it was crashed in Romania after the driver probably lost control of the wheel.
The newest supercar incident is coming from Braila, an eastern Romanian city, and it’s involving an Audi R8 which is quietly sitting around in what seems to be a garage. According to the guys from Wrecked Exotics, the German supercar in question has been involved in an impact and it rolled over. Our source is also saying that the driver has managed to walk away from the incident, which is more than we can say about his ride. If you have any more details on how this crash occurred, please feel free to share.
Audi has been producing the R8 since 2007 and the model is being assembled in Neckarsulm, Germany, being designed by Walter de Silva. The Audi R8 is offered in a mid-engine and Quattro all-wheel drive layout with a two-door body style choice of coupe and roadster. The R8 is powered by either a 4.2 liter V8 or a 5.2 liter V10, shared with the Gallardo, connected to a 6-speed or 7-speed manual transmission or to a 6-speed R-Tronic or 7-speed S-Tronic. The Audi R8 will soon get a new generation.
