The aftermarket specialists from mbDESIGN have recently taken on the Audi R8, in its V8 version, in order to give it more power and an updated look.
Despite getting ready to leave the production line soon, in order to make room for its predecessor, which will be based on the Lamborghini Huracan, the Audi R8 is still continuing to fascinate tuners from all over the world, who are creating upgrade packages for the supercar. The newest one is coming from a company called mbDESIGN and the model in question is getting a livery reminding us of the Audi RS6 Avant made by Jon Olsson.
Besides this, the Audi R8 has also received a carbon fiber front splitter, side blades inspired from the V10, side skirts, an R8 GT carbon rear panel, a customized carbon trunk cover, carbon diffuser, carbon side mirror caps, carbon fiber inserts in the engine department. The supercar has also received a coilover kit which is lowering the ride height and 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235/20 and 305/25 Dunlop Sport Maxx GT tires, front to rear. The 4.2 liter V8 naturally aspirated engine has been upgraded and it’s now producing 453 HP (333 kW) No pricing details have been announced yet.
