The German based aftermarket specialists at B&B Automobiltechnik have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, a modified Audi R8 Spyder V10.
According to the tuning company, the German supercar in question is coming with a sport suspension package which can reduce the ride height by 20 mm at the front and by 25 mm at the rear, but an adjustable suspension is also available for the model. The looks of the Audi R8 V10 Spyder are being completed by the large rims, 19- or 20-inch in size, which are covering the fresh set of ceramic high performance brakes.
The most significant upgrade of the Audi R8 V10 Spyder modified by B&B Automobiltechnik can be found under the body where the model has received a remapped R-Tronic gear shift which is reducing the shift times dramatically and this means that the transmission is faster than the one found in the new R8 GT. This is translated into a 0 to 100 km/h accelerate done in just 3.5 seconds, 0.5 seconds faster than in the standard version, and with the top speed increasing from 316 km/h to 328 km/h. No pricing details for these upgrades have been announced yet.
