The German aftermarket specialists at ABT Sportsline have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, an upgrade package for the Audi R8 V10.

According to the Bavarian tuning company, the German supercar in question, the Audi R8 V10, has received some aero tweaks, thanks to a new body kit, which is also including a rear wing, along with an upgraded suspension system, which has also lowered the model and some other tweaks. The Audi R8 V10 in question is also getting a stainless steel exhaust system or 19-inch alloy wheels, which are available in two designs.

“It is the first Audi mid-engine sports car that has found its way from the race track to the road, as it were. And for ABT Sportsline this dream car also is a real success. The globally leading tuner of cars produced by the Volkswagen Group uses ABT POWER and extravagant and stylish elements to underscore the normal Audi R8 portfolio’s dynamism and sportiness in a consistent fashion”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.

The Audi R8 V10 signed by ABT is powered by a 5.2 liter FSI V10 engine, which is producing a total output of 600 HP and it has a peak torque of 406 lb-ft, from 525 HP and 391 lb-ft of torque. This actually represents 50 HP more than in the V10 Plus. The 0 to 62 mph sprint now takes 3.5 seconds and top speed stands at 198 mph.
