The Australia division of Audi has recently announced the arrival of the R8 V10 Plus on the local auto market, where the model has been priced from 408, 200 AUD.
The Audi R8 V10 Plus is the most expensive car to wear the four rings on its body in Australia after its official starting price has been announced, being set at 408,200 AUD. The Audi R8 V10 Plus has a new single-frame front grille, LED headlights, new front and rear bumpers, a new dynamic indicator, leather upholstery, tire pressure monitoring system satellite navigation system and a fresh set of 19-inch alloy wheels, amongst others.
Power to the Audi R8 V10 Plus is being provided by a 5.2 liter naturally aspirated V10 engine, which is producing a total output of 404 kW and it has a peak torque of 540 Nm. The same engine is also used on the Lamborghini Gallardo. Power is sent to the wheels through a dual clutch S tronic transmission, which is allowing the powerful supercar to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.5 seconds, making it the fastest Audi production car ever. The Audi R8 Coupe 5.2 liter FSI V10 Plus S Tronic starts at 408,200 AUD, but if you want something cheaper, than you should probably go for the entry-level 4.2 FSI V8 manual, with 316 kW, priced at 279,500 AUD.
