Audi has been planning the sedan version of the RS3 for quite some time now and judging by the images posted below, this has the ability to look quite well.
The Audi RS3 is already being offered in several markets, in a hatchback body style, but this will soon be expanded to the sedan range too. According to recent reports, such a model is highly possible, especially since BMW is planning the M2 version of the current 2-Series range and Mercedes-Benz is offering a similar vehicle, in the shape of the CLA45 AMG. The two images posted below are nothing more than simple renderings but we have to admit that the vehicle in them looks extremely good, with that updated body kit.
The Audi RS3 Sedan will be positioned on top of the current S3 Sedan and it will come with a more aggressive body style, with new wheel designs, with a different exhaust finish, with some tweaks made to the cabin and the “RS3” badges. Let’s not forget the most important part of the car which will be found under its hood. The 2.5 liter five-cylinder turbocharged engine is expected to be carried over from the hot hatch and to produce a total output of 367 HP (270 kW) and 465 Nm (324 lb-ft) of torque, connected to the 7-speed S tronic transmission and the Quattro four-wheel drive system. The RS3 Sportback needs 4.3s to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) and it can go up to 250 km/h (155 mph) / 280 km/h (174 mph).
