The first renderings with the Audi RS3 Sedan have recently hit the web and they might offer us with a preview into what may become a final production version of the model.
Rumors on the German based automaker Audi starting developing an RS3 Sedan have been around ever since this spring, when the A3 Sedan and the S3 Sedan have been unveiled, but the story has been left aside until now, when we can finally see what the model may look like. The images posted below have been posted by Theophilus Chin and our source is saying that the Audi RS3 Sedan is a good competitor for the brand new Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG.
Details on the Audi RS3 Sedan are limited for the moment but as a quick reminder, the S3 Sedan, which is the most powerful version of the model, is coming with modified bumpers, with aluminum mirror casings, with a trunk mounted spoiler, with a sport tuned suspension, with new side skirts and some other tweaks. The model is powered by a 2.0 liter TFSI engine, which is producing a total output of 300 HP (221 kW) and 380 Nm of torque (280 lb-ft). This is enough for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration of 5.3 seconds and a 250 km/h (155 mph) top speed. Prices of the S3 Sedan will be set at 25,000 EUR.
