Audi has recently announced that the facelifted version of the RS5 Coupe has arrived in Australia, where the model has a starting price of 161,400 USD for the base entry-level version.
After the Audi RS5 Coupe facelift has been launched in several markets worldwide, time has come for Aussies to be able to buy one in their local Audi dealership but, before they will be able to do that, they will have to pay a whopping 161,400 AUD in order to get their hands on the vehicle. Australians can now get the Audi RS5 Coupe with two Dynamic Sports packages, which are adding features like the blackened tailpipes, the Sport Suspension Plus with Dynamic Ride Control or the various 20-inch alloy wheels.
Under the hood, the Audi RS5 Coupe facelift is coming with a 4.2 liter FSI naturally aspirated V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 444 horsepower at 8,250 rpm and 430 Nm of torque (317 lb-ft) available between 4,000 and 6,000 rpm. The engine is mated to a seven-speed S tronic transmission which is allowing the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 4.5 seconds before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h).
