The 2015 Audi RS7 Sportback has been officially revealed as the model in question is bringing some interesting changes.
The facelifted version of the Audi RS7 Sportback has a singleframe honeycomb grille, standard, while as an option, the company is offering the matte aluminum glossy black and carbon packages. The vehicle is also getting some different air inlets on the front bumper, the optional matrix LED headlights or four new paint jobs, the Floret Silver, the Mythos Black, the Sepang Blue or the Glacier White, amongst others.
Audi says that the updated RS7 Sportback is now riding on forged 20-inch alloy wheels, as standard, while optional 21-inch ones are available. For an extra cost, you can also order ceramic disc brakes. The cabin of the 2015 Audi RS7 Sportback has received a revised instrument cluster. The model is also getting some updated shift paddles, tweaked air outlet controls, updated MMI infotainment system and the “Quattro” emblem.
Power to the model is being provided by a 4.0 liter TFSI V8 twin turbo engine, which is producing 560 HP (412 kW) and 700 Nm (716 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 3.9 seconds and top speed, with the optional dynamics package, stands at 305 km/h (190 mph). The unit is connected to an 8-speed tiptronic transmission, sending power to the all-wheel drive system. The average fuel consumption stands at 9.5L / 100km (29.7 mpg UK / 24.8 mpg US). Prices in Germany start at 113,300 euros. Sales will begin in the third quarter of 2014.
