Audi has recently announced the official starting price of the new S3 Sportback in the United Kingdom, where the model will set you back for 31,260 GBP, for the base entry-level version.
The brand new Audi S3 Sportback is getting ready to be introduced to the UK. The Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG and the BMW M135i fighter will cost 31,260 GBP for the cheapest version, equipped with the six-speed manual transmission, but if you want the six-speed double clutch S-tronic, you should pay an extra 1,480 GBP. The S3 Sportback is offering an extra 15 liters of bootspace compared to the three-door version and it’s 35 mm longer in between the axles.
The model in question is riding on the new MQB platform and it’s 70 kg lighter than its predecessor. Power to the model is being provided by a 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine, which is producing a total output of 206 kW and it has a peak torque of 380 Nm. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual or a six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission, which is sending power to the Quattro permanent all-wheel drive system. The S3 Sportback can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 250 km/h.
