And this is nothing more than a last hurrah of the current generation of the German flagship sedan. The Audi S8 Plus!
A new range-topping version of the Audi A8 has been introduced recently. The model in question is called the S8 Plus and it is the most powerful variant of the series to this date. The luxury cruiser has received a new spoiler lip at the back available in body color and in carbon fiber, the single-frame grille and double bars at the front grille, finished in gloss black, matt black finish for the honeycomb structure and side air inlets, the headlights with Matrix LED technology offered as standard and equipped with the dynamic turn signals and so on.

The cabin of the brand new Audi S8 Plus hasn’t been left aside either as this has a sporty feeling, along with the black full-leather interior with the contrast red stitching, the stainless steel cover for the pedals and footrest, the piano black finish for the center console and so on. Some of the standard goodies include the full leather interior package, the Alcantara package, the ambient lighting, the convenience key with sensor-driven luggage compartment locking, the DVD/CD changer, the power assisted door closing and so on.
Under its hood, we can find the 4.0 liter TFSI engine, which is now producing 605 HP (445 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque, 750 Nm (553 lb-ft) with overboost.
This basically means 85 HP (63 kW) more than the standard S8, enough for a 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration made in just 3.8 seconds and a top speed electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph), but risible to 305 km/h (190 mph). Power is being sent to the Quattro system through an 8-speed tiptronic automatic transmission. Prices for the vehicle start from 145,200 euros and it will become available this November.
