The Spanish club has one successful season after another, so the players get numerous perks – including the chance to go home in Audi’s newest models.
Players of Football Club Barcelona have taken hold of their new rides, with their official partner – Audi – delivering all the vehicles for the worldwide soccer stars. Before taking their new cars home, Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, and the rest of the multi-million star players also got the chance to test the all-new Audi Q2 SUV. They played a bit as well – they were divided into five small teams and took the crossover around a special circuit built outside the home Camp Nou stadium. The track was laden with five sectors with different levels of difficulty, such as speed slalom, emergency braking, and light offroad areas. The exercises brought them points depending on how many mistakes they made.
Afterwards, they took the keys to their new rides. Most of them, Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, Andres Iniesta, Luiz Suarez, and Rafael Alcantara, as well as others, took home the range-topping Q7 SUV thanks to its “flexibility and versatility.” Neymar and the team’s manager Luis Enrique agreed to play a bit sporty – the Brazilian choosing an RS7 and the Spanish coach a smaller Q3 RS.
