Audi TT-RS by MTM gets 472 HP image

The aftermarket specialists at MTM (Motoren Technik Mayer) have recently presented their newest creation, a comprehensive upgrade program for the Audi TT-RS.

If you think that the regular version of the Audi TT-RS is one hot ride, just wait to see what MTM has done with it. The upgrade kit available for the German vehicle includes the remapped ECU, the new turbo, spark plugs, MTM competition catalysts and air filter, a Haldex ECU controller which can transfer torque faster to the rear wheels and which can also give a choice of three driving modes, street, sport and race.

Thanks to these upgrades, the Audi TT-RS by MTM is now producing a total output of 474 HP (352 kW) at 6,600 rpm and it has a peak torque of 63.7 kgm available at 4,100 rpm. The Audi TT-RS by MTM can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.4 seconds and if you’re worried that the vehicle won’t stop because of its power boost, take a breath and we will tell you that MTM has fitted it with an uprated braking system with four-piston calipers. Other changes include the diffuser, the MTM carbon fiber rear spoiler and other minor tweaks. No details on the price yet.
