Jaguar has recently announced the official starting price of the F-Type in Australia, which has been set at 139,000 AUD.
According to the British based automaker, Australians will be able to order the new Jaguar F-Type in the same three versions available in other markets. This includes the F-Type, the F-Type S and the F-Type V8 S. The cheapest version of the Jaguar F-Type is priced at 139,000 AUD and this is powered by a 3.0 liter V6 supercharged petrol engine, which is producing a total output of 250 kW. The F-Type S is getting the same supercharged engine under its hood, which is good for 280 kW, while the F-Type V8 S is powered by a 5.0L supercharged petrol unit, which is developing 364 kW.
The V6 base F-Type can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 260 km/h, the V6 S can do the same 0 to 100 km/h in 4.9 seconds and reach 275 km/h top speed while the top of the line F-Type V8 S will sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 300 km/h. The F-Type has been priced at 139,000 AUD, the F-Type S at 171,400 AUD and the F-Type V8 S at 202,300 AUD. The model’s deliveries will begin in August.
