Renault has announced the starting price of the Nurburgring King for front-wheel drive production cars in Australia, the Megane RS275 Trophy R.
The Renault Megane RS275 Trophy R will have a starting price of 61, 990 AUD, in the Pacific country, plus the on-road costs, once it will arrive. The model in question is also available in 15 other countries, most of them on the Old Continent, and it has been unveiled several months ago. The hot hatch is the fastest front-wheel drive production car to go around the Nurburgring and it is coming with a new two-tone color scheme, with the Pearl White body finish and the Diamond Black roof.
It has been also fitted with a chequered flag, with the Trophy R branded F1 style front and with the 19-inch Speedline Turini alloy wheels, all of them finished in red. The tires have been created especially for this model and they are Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2. The Cup chassis can also be found on the impressive ride, along with the Ohlins Road and Track dampers and the limited slip differential. Power is being provided by a 2.0 liter petrol unit, with 271 HP.
