Customers can now purchase the Subaru BRZ directly from the company’s dealership network, for the first time since the model has been introduced in Australia.
Good news for those of you living in Australia who are fancying the Subaru BRZ because the sports car in question can now be purchased directly from dealerships, for the first time since it was launched locally. The Subaru BRZ has arrived in Australian car dealerships since the 1st of January and the model in question is available from 37,150 AUD, for the six-speed manual version, while the six-speed automatic is coming at 39,730 AUD. The BRZ is offered with a 3-year or 60,000 km warranty in Australia.
The Subaru BRZ has been in production since 2012 and the model is currently being assembled in Ota, Gunma, Japan. This is closely related to the Toyota GT 86 and its over-seas brother, the Scion FR-S. The Subaru BRZ is being offered in a two-door coupe body style, with a front engine and a rear-wheel drive layout. The unit found under its hood is a boxer 2.0L D-4S which is good for 200 HP (149 kW), at 7,000 rpm and 205 Nm (151 lb-ft) of torque, available at 6,000 rpm. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic.
