Volvo has announced the introduction of the V60 Polestar in Australia where the model has joined the sedan.
The Volvo V60 Polestar is now available for order across Australia where prices have been seat from 99,990 AUD. This costs 3,000 AUD more than the sedan and it is coming with new engine management calibration and transmission programming, Ohlins Polestar shock absorbers which are manually adjustable, a Haldex all-wheel drive system, a new brake booster, recalibrated ABS, recalibrated stability control system, Brembo brakes and several other tweaks to make it appealing.
The model is also coming with a larger lip spoiler, a larger spoiler, Nubuck and perforated leather for the seats and steering wheel, bespoke sports pedals, active cruise control, Sensus Connect Infotainment system, Pandora, queue assist and much more. under the hood, we can find the inline six-cylinder turbocharged engine, which is capable of producing no less than 257 kW at 5,250 rpm and it has a peak torque of 500 Nm available at 3,000 rpm. The Volvo V60 Polestar can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.0 seconds while its four-door brother can do it in 4.9 seconds. Volvo says that the sedan and wagon will go on sale in January, 2015.
