The Romanian auto repair shop AutoK9 has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, a coupe version of the first generation Dacia Logan.
AutoK9 isn’t on its first attempt into modifying the first generation of Dacia’s budget sedan and just three years ago, the shop produced the very first Dacia Logan Convertible. The new Dacia Logan Coupe is a one-off prototype and it will demonstrate the shop’s technical abilities. The model has been transformed into a coupe by adding the roof and the doors from a Hyundai Coupe and, we must admit, the overall design looks stunning.
After fitting the roof and the doors of the South Korean vehicle onto the Dacia Logan, the guys at AutoK9 have fitted the Romanian budget car with sport seats, a new steering wheel, a noisy exhaust system and a lowered suspension. The doors and boot can be opened from a remote control and other modifications include the new body kit, LED smoked headlights, sunroof, double exhaust system and more. Power is still being provided by the same standard 1.4 liter four-cylinder petrol engine, which is good for 75 HP. The project has cost AutoK9 10,000 euros and the model was made in a month.
