Fiat continues to surprise us by developing special editions of its popular 500 model, the latest of these being the Scagliarini Coupe Zagato.
Build on the Abarth 500 chassis, the Fiat’s small car will be fitted with all-wheel drive technology and powered by the 1.4 liter turbocharged engine, which will be developing 178 BHP.
The new Scaliarini 504 will be manufactured in Italy using the Abarth 500, with the 4×4 technology coming from its “bigger brother”, the Panda.
“With the Scagliarini 504 Coupe Zagato Elaborata we have established Scagliarini Motorsports on the world-stage proper”, said the managing director of Scagliarini Motorsports, Michael Salvarini.
The special exterior design of the new 504 Agate Scagliarini will be the filled rear windows. Abarth will also “leave a touch” on the car, with the Alcantara front seats, while the brakes will be Brembo and the performance exhaust will have the Ragazzon logo on it.
Carbon fiber elements couldn’t miss from a car that has the “Scagliarini Motorsports” name and with this special edition, made to commemorate the 150 anniversary of Italian agglomeration, the 500 seems to be the choice of the day.
