Bentley has officially unveiled the new Continental GT V8 S, ahead of its public debut scheduled for the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, next week, on the 10th of September.
Bentley’s newest creation is named the Continental GT V8 S and it’s basically an upgraded version of the model. The new Bentley Continental GT V8 S is coming with some cosmetic and functional exterior features, with a rear diffuser, an aero-optimized front splitter, side skirts, unique 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels covering the red finished large brake calipers and some other tweaks, which should help the model stand out from a crowd.

Now, for those customers who want even more drama and excitement, the sharper, sporting edge of the new GT V8 S adds a new dimension to the Continental range”, said the chairman and chief executive of Bentley Motors, Wolfgang Schreiber.
The new Bentley Continental GT V8 S is powered by a 4-liter twin turbo V8 engine which is now producing a total output of 521 HP (389 kW) at 6,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 680 Nm (502 lb-ft), available from 1,700 rpm. The 0 to 100 km/ (62 mph) sprint is done in just 4.5 seconds and top speed stands at 309 km/h (192 mph). In the GT V8 S Convertible, the 0 to 100 km/h acceleration is done in 4.7 seconds and top speed stands at 308 km/h (191 mph). The model will be officially presented to the public during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
