Bentley has made its debut at the 2012 Los Angeles Motor Show with the Continental GT3 Concept Racer, which has arrived in the United States for the first time.
After it was officially presented to the public a couple of months ago, during the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the Bentley Continental GT3 Racer is ending up in our news one more, with the carmaker bringing it to the 2012 edition of the Los Angeles Auto Show.
“The clear message from our customers is that Bentley belongs on the racetrack, and the Continental GT3 is the realization of a dream we’ve had ever since the launch of the Continental GT”, said the Bentley chairman and chief executive, Wolfgang Schreiber.
According to the car manufacturer, the Bentley Continental GT3 is based on the company’s fastest road car ever and it’s an FIA-approved concept which will begin its testing on the track in 2013. The Bentley Continental GT3 will perform at endurance races and it will compete in a various range of events, which will include 24-hour endurance races.
