Bentley has recently announced its plans to introduce the brand new Continental GT3-R to the 2014 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, this weekend.
Bentley’s newest creation is named the Continental GT3-R and the model in question will be officially presented to the public during the 2014 Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, this weekend. The car manufacturer says that the vehicle has been inspired from the Continental GT3 race car and it is basically its road-going version, coming in with the Glacier White exterior with green graphics, with gloss black accents on the aerodynamic body kit and with 21-inch lightweight alloy wheels.
The interior design of the model has leather / Alcantara sport seats, green accents, carbon fiber trim and it is missing on the rear seat, to help save weight. Power to the Bentley Continental GT3-R is being provided by a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 572 HP (426 kW) and it has a peak torque of 700 (516 lb-ft), sent to the all-wheel drive through an 8-speed automatic transmission. The 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint takes 3.6 seconds and top speed stands at 170 mph (273 km/h).
