The Italian design house Bertone, is to reveal the B99 Jaguar concept at the Geneva Motor Show this year, and if you ask us, is one of the best concepts that will appear at Geneva next month.
It’s an interesting design to say the least, featuring modern details such as LED lights and curvy panel contours, but it also showcases plenty of Jaguar pedigree.
The Jaguar B99 Concept by Bertone is expected to hint at a future production vehicle that will compete with the likes of the BMW 3-Series, Audi A4 and the Lexus IS ( yes we know – it looks very large, but the car measures around 4.5 metres in length and 1.95 metres in width). The model is currently in the early stages of development at Jaguar under the codename X760.
From the profile, the car looks in some way similar to the X-Type; the retro design features rearward opening (suicide) rear doors.
The B99 will use a hybrid powertrain that might come from the Evoque and will make its public debut at the upcoming Geneva Auto Show.
