Bertone Nuccio Concept to be sold as collector’s item image

The Bertone Nuccio Concept will be sold as a collector’s item after as Stile Bertone has recently announced.

After being officially presented to the public last month during the 2012 Geneva Motor Show and with its Asian debut next week at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show, the Bertone Nuccio Concept is once again highlighted, this time with its creators announcing that the model will be sold as a collector’s item. Even if the Bertone Nuccio Concept has been announced for sale, we don’t have any clue on when will the auction take place, where or what’s the starting price of the model.

As a small reminder, the Bertone Nuccio Conceptt is 4.8 meters long, 1.95 meters wide and 1.22 meters tall and it’s powered by a 4.3 liter V8 engine which is developing a total output of 480 horsepower, mated to a Tiptronic automatic transmission. The vehicle has been made as a tribute to the company’s 100th anniversary since it was founded back in 1912 by Giovanni Bertone and his son, Nuccio. The Bertone Nuccio Concept is an extreme sports car, an evolution of the mid-rear engined, rear-wheel drive berlinetta design from the 1970s. The model will also be presented at the Laguna Seca in the US in August and at the Florence event, in September, in Italy.
