When it comes to mad finishes offered onto their rides, exotic car owners can’t be matched by anyone, as this Ferrari California wrapped in black chrome is proving.
Over the years we have seen some pretty wild finishes for some exotic vehicles, including velvet, silver chrome, gold chrome and so on, but now time has come to talk about something which usually may go unseen: a black chrome finished Ferrari California. The model in question has received this finish around its body but it also has some contrast yellow on the front grille, on the upper edge of the rear diffuser and also on the wheels and we have to say that the owner wanted something new and interesting for his ride, and he very well did just that.
The Ferrari California has been in production since 2008 and it’s offered in a two-door body style, with a front mid-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. The California is the entry-level Ferrari and it’s taking its power from a 4.3 liter gasoline direct injected V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 454 HP (338 kW) and it has a peak torque of 485 Nm (358 lb-ft). The California can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.9 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph).
