The German based automaker BMW is currently testing the facelifted version of the 1-Series, which is expected to debut next week, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
With brand new generations of BMW vehicles making their way onto the market these past few months, and with the cars like the i8 being scheduled to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show on the 10th of September, BMW has found some time to upgrade its cheapest vehicle, the 1-Series. The model in question has received a minor facelift, which should make its front fascia look similar to the one used on new vehicles, making it more popular to its future customers.
The upgraded BMW 1-Series seems to get a modified front bumper and the model will also get the Air Curtain elements from the 3-Series. Next year, the 1-Series will receive the Life Cycle impulse too. Some tweaks are expected to be made in the cabin too and that’s about all we’ve got on it for the moment. Additional details on the 2014 BMW 1-Series are limited for the moment and will probably be announced during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, on the 10th of September.
