The German pocket rocket, the BMW 1M Coupe, has just turned black after the aftermarket specialists at Alpha-N Performance have revealed an upgrade package for it.
After taking on the BMW 335i just last month, the tuners at Alpha-N Performance have suddenly decided that the BMW 1M Coupe isn’t hot enough and time has come for the impressive vehicle to become even more impressive. The upgrade package for the BMW 1M Coupe is also adding a weight reduction kit which is adding a bunch of carbon fiber made body parts and the model’s aerodynamic has also been improved, thanks to the redesigned front spoiler, engine hood, the added rear diffuser and the boot lid, which reminds us of the CSL.
The guys at Alpha-N Performance are saying that the BMW 1M Coupe’s six-cylinder 3.0 liter engine has been reworked entirely and the unit is now developing an extra 75 horsepower than the standard version, to a total output of 410 horsepower, squeezed out of the V7 thanks to a new air duct, exhaust system and last, but not least, a remapped ECU. The 1M Coupe has also been fitted with bigger brakes, 380mm discs with six-piston calipers, sport pads and flexible steel lines.
