The brand new BMW 3-Series GT has recently arrived in Australia, where the cheapest model will set you back for 69, 500 AUD.
The newest body style of the BMW 3-Series, the GT, which is one of the most controversial ones ever released, has just made its way onto the Australian market, where it’s now available in three grades, as the 320i GT, the 320d GT and the 328i GT. The cheapest version of the model is the 320i GT which is coming with a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, producing 135 kW and 270 Nm of torque, enough for a 7.9s sprint from 0 to 100 km/h. This variant has been priced from 69,500 AUD.
Next in the lineup is the 320d GT, equipped with a four-cylinder 135 kW and 380 Nm of torque diesel engine. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint in this version takes 7.9 seconds and the average fuel consumption stands at 4.9 L / 100 km. Prices for the model have been set at 71,800 AUD. The top of the line 328i GT will set you back for 76,500 AUD and for the money you will get a 2.0 liter four-cylinder petrol unit, producing 180 kW and 350 Nm of torque. Average fuel consumption stands at 6.5L / 100km and the 0 to 100 km/h sprint takes 6.1 seconds. All engines are mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission and get the brake energy regeneration and the stop/start system as standard.
