BMW 3-Series GT gets launched in Australia image

BMW has recently announced the launch of the new 3-Series GT in Australia, where the cheapest model starts at 69,500 AUD.

Good news for those of you living in Australia who are looking into the new BMW 3-Series GT because the model has just been launched in the country. According to the German based automaker, the cheapest version of the BMW 3-Series GT in Australia is the 320i GT, which costs 69,500 AUD, 10,900 AUD more than the equivalent sedan and 6,900 AUD more expensive than the 320i Touring.

The BMW 320i GT is powered by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder petrol engine, which is producing a total output of 135 kW and it has a peak torque of 270 Nm. The 0 to 100 km/h sprint is done in 7.9 seconds. Average fuel consumption stands at 6.2 L / 100 km. The 320d GT is powered by a 2.0 liter diesel engine, which is good for 135 kW and 380 Nm of torque. The average fuel consumption stands at 4.9 L / 100 km. The top of the line 328i GT is getting 180 kW and 350 Nm of torque and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds. Fuel consumption is 6.5 L / 100 km.
