The very first live images of the BMW 3-Series GT have recently hit the web, offering the brand’s fans a chance to get a closer look at the model.
The images posted above, which are revealing the brand new BMW 3-Series GT, have been made in a Madrid dealership, where the vehicle in question has been “called” for a photo shoot. The new BMW 3-Series GT is coming with a sloping roofline, with a large tailgate, an active spoiler, a prominent front grille and more and it can be ordered with the Modern Line Styling package, with the Luxury Line package or with the M Sport package, which will add the aerodynamic body kit and the 18-inch alloy wheels.
The BMW 3-Series GT is 200 mm longer and 81 mm taller than the new 3-Series Touring and the model is coming with a choice of five engines, , ranging between 143 HP (105 kW) and 306 HP (225 kW), mated to either a six-speed manual or an optional eight-speed automatic transmission. BMW didn’t announce its plans yet to offer a high performance M version of the new 3-Series GT. Additional details on the BMW 3-Series GT are limited for the moment and will be announced close to its launch.
