The German based automaker BMW is planning to introduce the 4-Series Coupe Concept at the 2012 North American International Motor Show (NAIAS) in Detroit.
After the new generation of the BMW 3-Series has been officially presented to the public in late 2011 for the sedan, and with the Wagon being unveiled earlier this year, the next step for the company will be to develop the Coupe and the Convertible versions, which will be followed by the new generation of the M3. But the 3-Series Coupe and the 3-Series Convertible will be renamed with this new generation and the models will be known as the 4-Series Coupe and 4-Series Convertible.
The car manufacturer is apparently planning to introduce the 4-Series Coupe at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show in a concept form but the German based automaker isn’t saying anything official on this subject for the moment. The upcoming BMW 4-Series Coupe will get the same engine lineup as the new 3-Series F30, but that’s about all we’ve got on this for the moment. Additional details on the BMW 4-Series Coupe will be announced at the 2013 Detroit Motor Show, on the 14th of January, when the event will open its gates.
