BMW 4-Series Coupe gets updated by AC Schnitzer image

The aftermarket specialists at AC Schnitzer have recently pulled the wraps off an upgrade kit for the BMW 4-Series Coupe, which will be officially presented to the public during the 2013 Essen Motor Show.

According to the tuning company, the BMW 4-Series Coupe in question has received a suspension lowering kit, which is bringing its body 25 mm closer to the ground. The model is also gaining the front and rear spoilers, the chromed front grille, the different diffuser, the skit protection foil and some other tweaks. The cabin of the two-door coupe has will be gaining the aluminum handbrake handle, the velour floor mats, the digital gear display for the illuminated leather wrapped gear knob and more.

As far as performance goes, you should know that AC Schnitzer is offering power hikes from for the 420i Coupe, which is now good for 245 HP (180 kW), compared to the standard 184 HP (135 kW), while the output in the 430d Coupe has reached 309 HP (227 kW). The 435d Coupe is now coming with an impressive 360 HP (265 kW) from the standard 313 HP and the 428i Coupe is gaining 290 HP (213 kW) from 245 HP (180 kW). The top of the line 435i Coupe has received 355 HP (261 kW) from 306 HP (225 kW).
