The German based automaker BMW has recently unveiled the 4-Series Coupe fitted with M Performance parts, which is offering a preview of the new-gen M4 Coupe.
The brand new BMW 4-Series Coupe M Performance parts is looking more aggressive than the standard car and it’s fitted with a new body kit, adding a deeper front bumper, larger air ducts and a carbon fiber splitter, amongst others. The model has been also fitted with blackened chrome trims, grille and tailpipes, xenon / LED headlights, carbon fiber mirror housings, revised rear bumper with diffuser and much more.
The cabin of the model has received a new three-spoke steering wheel, stainless steel pedals, sport seats, M Performance floor mats, carbon fiber trim on the gearshift and handbrake levers and some other tweaks. As for the engine lineup, the 420d is now packing an extra 16 HP and 39 Nm of torque (20 lb-ft) from the same 2.0 liter turbo diesel engine. The total output now stands at 195 HP and 410 Nm (309 lb-ft). The 428i 2.0L turbo gasoline unit is getting 27 HP and 39 Nm (29 lb-ft) of torque more, while the top of the line 435i has received 34 HP and 50 Nm (37 lb-ft) more, to a total of 336 HP and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft). These power upgrades have been achieved thanks to some software tweaks and new exhaust systems.
