New images with the BMW M135i facelift are showing us how the updated hot hatch will be looking like once the German based automaker will be pulling the wraps off its body.
The development of the facelifted BMW M135i is no longer a surprise, especially after the company has introduced the 2016 1-Series a couple of weeks ago and the range topping model has been caught on camera several times. The images posted below are not your average spy shots because they are actually official ones which have leaked onto the web. The model shown in them is wearing the same Valencia Orange color as the one which was spotted in Germany and we can now see the differences even better.
The 2016 BMW M135i is benefiting from the modified front bumper with its larger air intakes and new chrome trim, the new distinctive rear diffuser finished in a black paint, the silver side mirror caps, the dual exhaust system at the rear, the more attractive headlights, revised apron, different kidney grille and so on. The most important part of the model will be found under its hood where the 3.0 liter six-cylinder petrol burner is expected to be maintained, in its current form 326 HP (240 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h the facelifted M135i should need just 4.9s in the automatic and 5.1s in the manual. More details on the rival of the RS3 and A45 AMG are limited at this time.
