The aftermarket specialists at Tuningwerk have officially pulled the wraps off their latest creation, the BMW M235i RS.
The brand new BMW M235i RS has been signed by Tuningwerk and the model in question has received a lot of interesting items to help set it apart. The vehicle has been equipped with a carbon fiber body kit, made out of the front lip spoiler, the prominent rear wing and the rear diffuser, along with the high performance braking system, the improved cooling air system or the 18-inch forged wheels, which have been wrapped in Dunlop Sport Maxx RT tires.
The cabin of the model has been modified too as this is now getting Recaro seats, a sport steering wheel, carbon fiber trim and much more. There is also a roll cage available, with a 6-point harness. Power is being provided by a 3.0L TwinPower Turbo 6-cylinder engine, with sports exhaust system and aluminum oil pan, rated at 444 HP (326 kW) and 600 Nm (442 lb-ft) of torque, 118 HP (86 kW) and 150 Nm (110 lb-ft) more than the standard car. The unit is connected to a 6-speed manual gearbox. The 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) sprint takes 4.3 seconds and from 0 to 120 mph (192 km/h) the car needs 15.4 seconds.
