The German aftermarket specialists at G-Power have recently presented a new upgrade package for the current BMW M3 (E92), which is bringing 720 HP to the model.
The future generation of the BMW M3 will be officially presented to the public in a world premiere next year, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March, but if it will be replaced, that doesn’t mean that the current model doesn’t have anything more to say. G-Power has just “listened” to it and the result is stunning, because the powerful coupe is now getting an impressive 720 horsepower.
According to the German tuning company, the BMW M3 in question is powered by the same V8 engine, but with an increased displacement, from 4.0 to 4.6 liters, by installing pistons and a new crankshaft made by Mahle. The BMW M3 is also getting an SK III ASA T1-723 supercharger and a modified exhaust system and the result is an impressive 720 horsepower (537 kW), which is enough to allow the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 330 km/h (205.5 mph).
Besides the modifications mentioned above, the BMW M3 E92 in question is also getting an adjustable suspension system and a fresh set of 20-inch Silverstone Diamond wheels, which have been wrapped in Michelin tires. As a final touch, a front bumper lip spoiler was added and last, but not least, the hood has been made out of carbon fiber. No details on the price for these upgrades have been announced yet.
