BMW is planning to debut the concept version of the new M3 generation next year, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show in March.
The new generation of the BMW M3, codenamed the F80, is getting closer and closer to its future customers and the German based automaker is currently working on its development, constantly changing “things” and improving the ride. But it seems that the production version of the new BMW M3 will have to wait a while because the car manufacturer is planning to reveal the concept of the powerful vehicle in March 2013, during the Geneva Motor Show.
The German automaker didn’t announce anything official on this subject for the moment but rumors are saying that the final production version of the BMW M3 F80 will be unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September. The BMW M3 F80 will only be available as a sedan because the Coupe and the Convertible will be renamed the M4 and power is expected to come from a twin or tri turbocharged six-cylinder engine, which is producing a total output of 444 HP And 474 Nm of torque (350 lb-ft), mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. Details on the new BMW M3 will be officially announced next year.
