The aftermarket specialists at REIL Performance have recently pulled the wraps off their latest creation, an upgrade package for the BMW M3 E46.
Even if the model modified by REIL Performance is the third generation and next year BMW will release the fifth generation, that doesn’t mean that this wasn’t a hot vehicle which just became even hotter. As you can see from the images released by the tuner, the BMW M3 has been dressed in a blue foil wrap and it was fitted with plexiglass windows, a massive rear spoiler, a sports exhaust system, high performance braking system, a retuned suspension and BBS rims wrapped in Yokohama tires.
“It’s not necessarily normal case but in the reality it happened before that the sole announcement of a limited edition with all its exotics of a shopping binge of that kind caused the result that before the delivery of the first exemplar it could be announced with pleasure: Sold out!”, as the tuner is saying at the start of its official press release.
The so-called BMW M3 CSL in question is powered by a 3.2 liter six-cylinder engine which is producing a total output of 386 horsepower, 31 HP more than the standard version. The new output of the model is allowing it to lap the Nurburgring in just seven minutes and forty three seconds, as the tuner is saying. No official details for the prices of the upgrade have been released yet.
